Above all else, HSA is accountable to our members, the people who make modern health care work.

HSA is governed by policies set by the members. Policy direction comes from members at annual conventions, where delegates representing members from all across the province gather to debate HSA's priorities for budgeting, member servicing, advocacy and more.

Members are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the HSA policies they have helped create through this process. A full set of our policies is available from your site steward, or by contacting the HSA's main office.
