Cultural Safety Labour Relations Officer - Servicing (Regular / Full-time) - closing date February 26

  • HSA is looking for a Cultural Safety Labour Relations Officer (LRO) to support the union’s efforts in access, belonging, and community initiatives related to union steward and activist support. The Cultural Safety LRO will assist with the development and support of best practices in areas of intersection between labour relations and cultural safety. 

Labour Relations Officer - Servicing (Temporary / Full-time) - closing date February 26

  • HSA is looking for an experienced individual to fill the temporary, full-time position of Labour Relations Officer (LRO) in the Servicing Department at its office in New Westminster, British Columbia from March 31, 2025 to October 21, 2025.

Administrative/Accounting Assistant (Casual) – open until filled

  • HSA is looking for a casual Administrative/Accounting Assistant in the Operations Department at its office in New Westminster, British Columbia. The position provides administrative and support services to one or more departments as assigned by the Office and Facility Manager.

Legal Counsel (Temporary / Full-time) - closing date March 16

  • HSA is looking for an experienced individual to fill the temporary, full-time position of Legal Counsel in the Legal Services Department at its office in New Westminster, British Columbia for 26 months from July 2025 to September 2027 or until return of incumbent. Under the general direction of the Membership Services Coordinator - Legal, the Legal Counsel will represent HSA and HSA members before: external organizations, a range of administrative bodies, and all levels of court. HSA’s Legal Counsel also provides legal resources, as required, to other labour relations staff.
