Welcome HSA Stewards
ONLINE STEWARD RESOURCES MOVED IN AUGUST 2021
Heads up! The Steward Resources section of the HSA website -- the very stuff you are looking at right now -- was permanently shut down on August 3, 2021
But don't worry, all the material posted there can be found at the HSA Steward Portal – a multi-year project to provide better support to HSA stewards through on line tools.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Starting August 3, 2021 you will need to visit the Steward Portal at https://portal.hsabc.org/ to access steward resources. And to do that, you'll need two things:
- Your official HSA steward email address. All stewards have been provided with an official HSA email address, and many are already using them. Usually it's @email, but If you are unsure about what your HSA steward email address is, contact @email, 604-549-5196 or Toll-Free at 1-855-549-5196.
- Your password. Each steward email address has also been assigned a password, but if you have forgotten, or don't know what it is, just hit the "forgot password" button on the login page and set a new one.
Please note that the user name and password you had for the HSA web site Steward Resources page will not work for the Steward Portal. Your HSA email address will serve as your portal user name, and you will need a password to that will allow you to log in to the portal. Again, @email is there to help.

The HSA Steward Portal project first began in 2017 following requests and suggestions by stewards around the province.
The portal will evolve over time but currently offers stewards support with:
- Grievance case handling
- Individual HSA webmail account
- Education resources
- Steward Resources section – all the stuff you have come to this place to seek
- An extensive Help area
- Personal Settings (upload picture, change password, logon settings, leave feedback
- Chief Stewards also have the option to set up WebEx video meetings
