The 2022 edition of the Occupational Health and Safety Conference is now open for registration. The conference will take place June 13 and 14, in person, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver. The OHS conference is a learning and networking opportunity for HSA members involved in OHS in healthcare and community social services including OHS Stewards and members of site JOHS committees.

This year’s theme is “Getting Back to the Basics”, and will feature sessions on effective committees, safe inclusive workplaces, ergonomics, psychological health and safety, work-related violence, and working with WorksafeBC. We are honoured to have as our keynote speakers renowned authors and health and safety researchers and activists Drs. John Brophy and Margaret Keith.

Events are listed under Steward Education events.  Please select ‘create a login’ through the Event Registration and click on the ‘here’ to receive your member ID by email or call the HSA office at 604.517.0994 or 1.800.663.6119 if you do not know your HSA member ID number.
