Chief and Assistant Chief Steward Training Objective:

This 1 day specialized training is for Chief Stewards and Assistant Chief Stewards.   Priority access will be given to Chief and Assistant Stewards that have never attended a specific Chief & Assistant Steward training session.  As leaders in your chapter, you have some additional opportunities, responsibilities, and challenges.  The goal of this workshop is to identify and discuss your role in grievance meetings, within the Union structure, and your role as a chapter/steward team leader.  We will explore ways in which you can share your workload with other stewards, build your steward team, mentor new stewards, and engage in succession planning.

Register early, space is limited. Stewards who are interested in this workshop are asked to complete a registration application by logging into My Events Registration using the prompts provided.
