Guided by our collective values and an anti-oppressive framework, we aim to advance trans and gender diverse visibility, to create safe, inclusive and affirming workplaces, and to advance the values of equity, diversity and inclusion within HSA and our membership; to build fabulous work, union, and community spaces where we are all welcomed and celebrated for who we are.
