CBA Bargaining Update: Tentative agreement reached for CBA members

After returning to the table for five days of intensive negotiations, including a marathon session lasting twenty-four consecutive hours, your CBA bargaining committee is proud to announce a tentative agreement was reached with the Health Employers’ Association of BC (HEABC) on Sunday, February 22. 
 
Over the coming days we will be creating a comprehensive summary of the tentative agreement, including monetary and non-monetary highlights and the details of each change and addition to the agreement. 
 
This will take some time, and we appreciate your patience. We will also keep you updated in the coming days about the ratification process and voting windows.
