The Union Bargaining Association has been bargaining continuously with employers for the past eight days.
We are working day and night to conclude a fair and equitable tentative agreement by Friday, March 31. We are doing everything possible to meet this deadline, set by the B.C. government, for the Early Incentive signing bonus payment. The process has been slowed by the employers' bargaining committee, which has delayed in supplying essential financial details.
We are optimistic that we will be able to conclude the agreement by the deadline.
