Election to be held for Region 2 Director

During the next several weeks, HSA members in Region 2 will have an opportunity to elect their representative on HSAs Board of Directors.
Nominations for the position closed on February 9th with two members declaring their candidacy:
- Val Avery, a Physiotherapist at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria; and
- Derrick Hoyt, a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria.
In the coming weeks, all members in Region 2 will receive an election package in the mail which includes candidate biographies, voting instructions, a ballot, and a return envelope to mail your completed ballot back to HSA.
Ballots must be received in the HSA office no later than: 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 29.
The successful candidate will assume the position of Regional Director for a two-year term at the conclusion of HSAs 2012 annual convention.
