Greenwood elected to represent HSA Region 4 on Board of Directors

Laura Greenwood will represent members from Region 4 on the HSA Board of Directors following a byelection to replace former board member Alexandra Thomson, who vacated the position in October 2024.

An Occupational Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor with Richmond Mental Health and Substance Use Services, Greenwood has been actively involved in the union throughout her career. In her chapter, she has served as Lead Steward and a Constituency Liaison, building relationships with elected provincial politicians to promote issues important to HSA members at the provincial level.

Greenwood's term begins immediately, and will last until the spring of 2026.

Voting was conducted online from November 22, 2024 to January 2, 2025.
