Heather Sapergia acclaimed as Region 10 Director
HSA members in Region 10 have once again elected Heather Sapergia as their representative to the HSA Board of Directors. Heather was acclaimed after the February 9th deadline passed with no further nominations.
Heather works as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at the University Hospital of Northern BC where she continues to serve as an Assistant Chief Steward.
Since her election to the Board in 2008, Heather has served on several HSA committees. She currently chairs the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, and sits on the Constitutional & Organizational Policy Committee and the Resolutions Committee.
Heather also represents HSA on the executive of the North Central Labour Council, is an active HSA Constituency Liaison, and works with the BC Health Coalition.
