Join the telephone town hall on HSPBA agreement Thursday
HSA will hold a telephone town hall meeting on Thursday, December 5, to update members on the tentative agreement reached earlier this month.
The phone call is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. PST and will last an hour. You will have an opportunity to hear from your negotiators and ask and hear questions and answers about the contract.
It's easy. You just have to be at home at 7 p.m., and you will be connected to the call.
If you aren't able to join the call, please make sure your visit hsabc.org for information and updates about the tentative agreement.
GET YOUR BALLOTS IN THE MAIL BY DECEMBER 11
Information has been mailed to all HSA members covered by the contract. We have also sent ballots to every member, because we want you to vote on whether you support the contract, which protects benefits and delivers a modest wage increase.
Your information and voting package includes two envelopes and a ballot. Mark your ballot, insert it in the small envelope, and insert that one in the larger envelope and get that into the mail by December 11. Make sure you print your name on the outside envelope so we can verify your membership. If you don't print your name on the outside envelope, your vote will not be counted.
All votes must be received by HSA by December 19. To guarantee your vote will arrive on time, we suggest mailing your ballot by December 11.
Ballots can be dropped off at HSA's office until 5:00 pm on December 19. We also have a ballot box available if members would prefer to vote here.
