NBA Bargaining Update: Tentative agreement reached

After two weeks of intensive negotiations backed by a strong strike mandate from members, your bargaining committee achieved a tentative agreement early on the morning of Thursday, May 21.

Your Board of Directors will be meeting soon to review the details of the tentative agreement, and over the coming days, the union will be creating a comprehensive summary for members like you to review all the specifics. We are working to have this ready for members early next week. Information meetings such as telephone town halls will also be set up to allow members to hear directly from the negotiations team and ask questions.
