Nurses' Bargaining Association Declares Impasse

Following a frustrating day where the employer turned down nearly all the NBA’s proposals, the NBA bargaining committee has declared that negotiations are at an impasse, and has endorsed a strike vote. HSA, as a constituent union to the NBA, will be taking this issue to your union’s Board of Directors shortly and more information will be shared in the coming days.

Members have said loud and clear that benefits are their top priority – and this employer has refused to offer any meaningful improvements in this round.
