Region 4 Director By-Election: Information for Voters

Three candidates have been nominated to represent HSA members who work in Region 4 on the union’s board of directors: Maha Elashi, Laura Greenwood, and Tanya Dunne. Please click here to see their candidate statements. 
 
The successful candidate will assume the position of Regional Director for the remainder of the two-year term, which will end at the conclusion of HSA's 2026 annual convention.

All Candidates Meeting
 
There will be an online All Candidates Meeting on Tuesday, November 19 from 7 to 8 p.m. The meeting will take place online.

If you are asked for a password to join the meeting, please use Region4Meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting, a recording will be posted on the HSA website.

Voting Information 

All members with a personal email address on file with the union will receive voting credentials for online voting by email. If you are not sure if HSA has your current email on file, please click here to update your contact information. If you know of colleagues in Region 4 who do not receive emails from HSA, feel free to forward this email to them so that they can update their information and receive a ballot to vote in the election. 

Voting credentials will be emailed to members by Simply Voting on November 22. Please add Simply Voting to your safe senders list to ensure your voting instructions are not caught in your spam filter. All emails related to the vote will originate from @email and from one of the following domains: simplyvoting.com or o3.email.simplyvoting.com
  
Online voting will be open from 8:00 pm on Friday, November 22, 2024 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
