Region 9 Regional Director Election: Information for Voters

Two candidates have been nominated to represent HSA members who work in Region 9 on the union’s board of directors: Gina Sanche and Kathy Anderson. Please click here to see their candidate statements. 
 
The successful candidate will assume the position of Regional Director for a two-year term, which will begin at the conclusion of HSA's 2025 annual convention.

 All Candidates Meeting
 
There will be an online (hosted on WebEx) All Candidates Meeting on Wednesday, December 4 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm Mountain time; members in Region 9 have been emailed a link to join the meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting, a recording will be posted on the HSA website.

Voting Information 

All members with a personal email address on file with the union will receive voting credentials for online voting by email. If you are not sure if HSA has your current email on file, please click here to update your contact information. If you know of colleagues who do not receive emails from HSA, feel free to forward this email to them so that they can update their information and receive a ballot to vote in the election. 

Voting credentials will be emailed to members by Simply Voting on November 22. Please add Simply Voting to your safe senders list to ensure your voting instructions are not caught in your spam filter. All emails related to the vote will originate from @email and from one of the following domains: simplyvoting.com or o3.email.simplyvoting.com
  
Online voting will be open from 8:00 pm Pacific on December 9, 2024 to 8:00 pm Pacific on January 5, 2025.
