Sample page of built-in formatting styles

This is just plain old text, with no style applied. Note that all of the styles displayed below can be combined with bold, italic, or underline. What you should not do is use the fonts, font sizes, and colours available on the toolbar, as these conflict visually with the overall look and feel of the website.

The following are styles from the custom style list, that can be applied to blocks of text (spans):

This is span.smalltext.

This is span.largetext (and this is what it look likes bold italic - good for sub-headlines).

This is span.head1.

This is span.head2.

This is span.subhead - great for subheadings in a long document that you want to stand out.

This is a.pdflink.

The following are paragraph styles, chosen from the list on the toolbar - they can only be applied to whole paragraphs, i.e. they will be separated by blank lines from the preceding and following paragraphs:

This is a paragraph in Heading 1 style.

This is a paragraph in Heading 2 style.

This is a paragraph in Heading 3 style.

This is a paragraph in Heading 4 style.
