Two candidates declared in election for Region 4 representative on HSA board of directors

During the next several weeks, HSA members in Region 4 will have an opportunity to elect their representative on HSA's Board of Directors.

Nominations for the position closed with two members declaring their candidacy:

• Sarah Chapple, a social worker at Vancouver General Hospital

• Joseph Sebastian, a medical radiation technologist at Vancouver General Hospital

In the coming weeks, all HSA members in Region 4 will receive an election package in the mail which includes candidate biographies, voting instructions, a ballot, and a postage paid return envelope to mail your completed ballot back to HSA.

Ballots must be received in the HSA office in New Westminster no later than: 5:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2016.

The successful candidate will assume the position of Regional Director for a two-year term at the conclusion of HSA's 2016 annual convention.
