We Want to Hear from You: Member Survey Now Live

Health Sciences Association of BC has contracted Viewpoints Research to conduct an online survey to explore members' priorities and concerns as your union conducts negotiations for your next contract. Viewpoints Research is an industry leader with 30 years of experience conducting research for unions and other progressive organizations. Using an experienced third-party professional research firm for this membership survey ensures confidentiality and the highest quality of data.

A link to the online survey will be emailed out to HSA members across BC in the coming days. The full survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. The survey allows your union to learn more about workload, shortages, workplace violence, contract concerns, and emerging issues like AI in health care. It’s also an opportunity for members to let their union know how well it’s doing on communicating and focusing on the issues that matter most to you. Your participation is crucial, as the quality of information gathered is directly dependent on the number of surveys completed. Check your spam filter to make sure you don't miss your opportunity.
