HSAs younger workers are a crucial and dynamic part of our union. In recent years, weve identified shifting attitudes, needs, and ideas from these members.
For a better understanding of these needs and to develop a strategy for more effectively engaging and mobilizing younger workers, HSA is invites your participation in a collaborative project. To inform future HSA services and programs, we want you ... our younger workers ... to help us identify what the goals, strategies, and activities of our young worker engagement program should be.

Your feedback is very important to us. With your help, we will be able to ensure that our programs remain valuable, relevant, and responsive to the needs and desires of all HSA members, including younger workers.
Delegates to HSAs 2010 convention asked the union to learn about other unions younger worker programs, and to optimize the unions engagement with younger workers. Developed in partnership with Check Your Head, the overall objectives of this project are to gauge the attitudes, interest, and participation levels of HSA younger workers across the province and to identify opportunities for continuing to engage younger workers in the future.
