The Union Bargaining Association (UBA) will be tabling our monetary proposals early next week. We've been trying to this point to get employers to discuss our priority non-monetary issues. As the second week of bargaining for a new collective agreement for British Columbia\s 13,000 health science professionals concluded Friday, talks were progressing steadily.
